The pipelines located in Putnam and Mason counties will be used to transport natural gas to a proposed natural gas power plant. The project will discharge treated stormwater into tributaries of Threemile Creek and Eighteenmile Creek of the Kanawha River and Tenmile Creek of the Ohio River.
