No.: WVR312628 Applicant: MONARCH CLOUD CAMPUS, LLC 109 N POST OAK LN, SUITE 140 HOUSTON, TX 77024 Location: MASON COUNTY Latitude: 38:39:20 Longitude: 81:49:08 Receiving Stream: Sulug Br./Eighteenmile Ck/Kanawha R and Tenmile Ck/Ohio R Activity: Application for the discharge of stormwater associated with a 556.5 acre earth disturbance project for the installation of a 24 and a 30 natural gas pipeline. The pipelines located in Putnam and Mason counties will be used to transport natural gas to a proposed natural gas power plant. The project will discharge treated stormwater into tributaries of Threemile Creek and Eighteenmile Creek of the Kanawha River and Tenmile Creek of the Ohio River. Business conducted: Industrial Implementation: N/A On the basis of review of the application the “Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a)),” and the “West Virginia Legislative Rules,” the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the site registration permit application and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice. Comments received within this period will be considered prior to acting on the permit application. The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree of public interest on issues relevant to the site registration permit application and this facility’s coverage under the General Permit. Interested persons may contact the Public Information Office to obtain further information. The application may be inspected, by appointment, at the Division of Water and Waste Management Public Information Office, at 601 57th Street SE, Charleston, WV, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on business days.
