NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO ABANDON AND CONVEY PROPERTY
Please take notice that the Town Council of the Town of Rainelle, West Virginia, will consider adopting an ordinance to abandon and convey certain real property owned by the Town of Rainelle.
The property proposed to be abandoned consists of the King Coal Hotel property, 632 Main Street, Rainelle, West Virginia located within the Town of Rainelle.
The Town Council has determined that the proposed abandonment and conveyance of said property is in the best interest of the Town.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at Rainelle Town Hall during regular business hours.
The Town Council will consider and may adopt the proposed ordinance at a meeting to be held on:
Monday, April 13th
7:00 p.m.
Rainelle Town Hall
Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
