To: All Respondents The object of the above entitled action is to partition among those entitled thereto a 60 acre tract of real estate situate at Duval District, Lincoln County, West Virginia. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the above-named respondents, David Daniel Mays, Cora Ann Mays, Martha Alma Mays McClure, William Boyd Creed Mays, John Taw Mays, Grover Gemes Mays, James Mays, Joseph Daniel Mays, Hilda Glinke, Mary Della Mays Saddler, Dorsel Martin Saddler, Sharon Laverne Saddler Sutphin, Frank Albert Saddler, their unknown heirs, devisees, successors and assigns, are, upon information and believe, non-residents of the State of West Virginia, and the whereabouts of the respondents, are unknown and that said respondents have not been otherwise served; it is ordered that the herein-named respondents serve upon C. Joseph Stevens, petitioners’ attorney, whose address is P. 0. Box 635, Hamlin, West Virginia 25523, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before May 8, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
