UNKNOWN FATHER AND DUANE MARTIN
Upon information and belief, the State of West Virginia was unable to identify the biological father of minor children, M.S. (DOB 02/18/2015) and E.S. (DOB 02/05/2026), and identified Duane Martin as the biological father of minor child, T.S. (DOB 03/14/2013). However, any person purporting to have parental rights to the above-named children is hereby notified that a hearing is scheduled for June 29, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Cindy S. Scott at the Monongalia County Courthouse, located at 75 High Street 3rd Floor, Morgantown, WV 26505. You may appear at that time and defend any such rights if you choose to do so and that if you choose not to participate in the proceedings, your absence may affect your parental and custodial rights to the children.
