ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE to TARA DAWN COOPER, mother of the above referenced girl born on or about January 31, 2014, in Charleston, West Virginia. NOTICE is hereby given that a hearing has been scheduled for the 19th day of May 2026, at 2:30 P.M. on the verified Petition of Adoption filed in the Circuit Court of Logan County, on said child, which will request that the mother’s paternal rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and any such person may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If any such person shall fail to respond within the required time after service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
