April 10, 2026 Sealed bids on insurance coverage of property and casualty for libraries in the Western Counties Regional Library System will be accepted by the Board of Directors of the Cabell County Public Library until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026 at the administrative offices of the Cabell County Public Library, 455 Ninth Street Plaza, Huntington, West Virginia, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. Coverage period will be for three years or for one year with option to renew for two additional years, commencing July 1, 2026, but with the right and option on the part of the Insurer to terminate coverage upon sixty days prior notice, effective as of July 1, 2027 or July 1, 2028.
