OBJECT OF SUIT Now comes Petitioner, R&R Properties, LLC, by counsel, Gregory Stout who states that the object of the above styled suit is to quiet title in the property commonly known as 906 9th Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia and further described as All that certain lot, piece or parcel of real estate situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, and designated on a revised map of said City, made by L. W. Leete, Civil Engineer, and filed for record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on December 31, 1903, as the Easterly 1/2 of the Southerly 110 feet of Lot Number Fourteen (14), Block Number One Hundred Eleven (111), being a lot 30 by 110 feet, fronting 30 feet on Ninth Avenue, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point thirty (30) feet east on the intersection of the east line of Ninth Street with the north line of Ninth Avenue; thence northerly by a line parallel with the said east line of Ninth Street, 110 feet to a point; thence easterly by a line parallel with the north line of Ninth Avenue 30 feet to a point; thence southerly by a line parallel with the said east line of Ninth Street, 110 feet to a point in the north line of Ninth Avenue; thence westerly with the said north line of Ninth Avenue 30 feet to the BEGINNING. EXCEPTING, HOWEVER, the reservation of a ten (10) foot private alley over and across the rear ten (10) feet of said lot.
