April 1, 2026 WESTERN COUNTIES REGIONAL LIBRARY HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING SPECIFICATIONS INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: Sealed bids on complete maintenance of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the Cabell County Public Library (all branches ), Putnam County Public Library (all branches), Mason County Library (all branches) and the Ceredo-Kenova Public Library will be accepted by the Board of Directors of the Cabell County Public Library until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the administrative offices of the Cabell County Public Library 455 Ninth Street, Huntington, WV at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. Coverage period will be for three years or for one year with option to renew for two additional years, commencing July 1, 2026, but with the right and option on the part of the Insurer to terminate coverage upon sixty days prior notice, effective as of July 1, 2027 or July 1, 2028.
