Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers, Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, City of Beckley Common Council will hold a Public Hearing on an Ordinance authorizing the City of Beckley to Lease the real estate at 313 Neville Street to Jack's Café, LLC for a term of 24 months.
The Public is invited to attend the Public Hearing and comment on the Ordinance. Beckley Common Council will vote on the adoption of the Ordinance immediately following the Public Hearing. A copy of the Ordinance and Lease is available for review at Beckley City Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. .
