ON THE PROPOSED PARTIAL ABANDONMENT OF
COUNTY ROUTE 7/12 (0.040 MILE)
LOCATED IN MCDOWELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The West Virginia Division of Highways hereby provides notice of the proposed partial abandonment CR 7/12, beginning at a point on CR 7/12, said point being 0.120 mile northwest of the junction of new CR 7/12 and CR 7; thence southerly 0.040 mile following the old CR 7/12 alignment and ending at a point on old CR 7/12. The total length abandoned from old CR 7/12 is 0.040 mile.
The West Virginia Division of Highways, District 10, requested the abandonment of behalf of an adjacent property owner. Information related to the proposed abandonment may be found at go.wv.gov/roadabandonments.
