REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PAVING PROJECT BID The CLAY COUNTY COMMISSION is receiving bids to pave the driveway and parking lot behind the Clay County Judicial Annex, Clay, WV. Specifications can be requested at the Clay County Clerk's Office, Clay, WV. A copy of a valid Contactor's License will need to accompany the bid. All bids should be mailed to the Clay County Commission, P.O. Box 190, Clay WV 25043 with PAVING PROJECT BID clearly printed on the envelope and received by 4:00 pm on Friday May 8th. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Commission meeting Monday, May 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. This funding, in part, is the remainder of the American Rescue Plan funding committed to the Clay County Judicial Annex.
