NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO FINANCE MORTGAGE LOANS Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, that the West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the "Fund") is considering providing additional funds for its Housing Finance Program (the "Program") to finance single family mortgage loans to qualified home buyers for residences located throughout the State of West Virginia and to refund bonds previously issued by the Fund to provide such financing. Said funds will be provided through the issuance of one or more series, pursuant to a common plan of finance, of mortgage revenue bonds (the "Bonds") in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $243,845,000. The Bonds will not constitute a debt or obligation of the State of West Virginia. The Fund will conduct a hearing on April 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. to provide information and receive comments from the general public on the proposed issuance of the Bonds. The public is invited to participate by toll-free telephone call. The West Virginia Housing Development Fund staff will present information on the proposed financing and the Program and provide for a question and answer period. In addition, interested parties will have an opportunity to make a brief statement limited to five minutes each to express their views regarding the issuance of the Bonds.
