SOLICITATION OF BIDS DEMOLITION The Dunbar Sanitary will be accepting bids for the demolition of one structure located at: 590 10th St, Dunbar WV. Scope of work: Demolish and remove the structure, including footers. Thoroughly clean the property of all debris. Properly dispose of all removed materials. Cap sanitary sewer line at grade. Back fill all excavations to grade. Seed and straw the lot. Asbestos reports are available from the Building Dept. at 304-766-0217. Asbestos test came back negative for the structure. Winning bidder must have WV Contractor License, Dunbar City Contractor License, one million General Liability policy and they are responsible for B&O taxes. Demolition permits will be issued at no charge.
