NOTICE OF PUBLICATION NATURAL FATHER ORDER OF PUBLICATION HARRISON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: M.D.C. 26-JA-32-3 TO: UNKNOWN FATHER OF M.D.C. The purpose of the above action is to determine guardianship of the child, M.D.C. born on July 14, 2023, to Taylor Estep. The petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, is seeking permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant child. It is ORDERED that Unknown Father of M.D.C., appear in the Harrison County Circuit Court, Division III, 2nd Floor, Harrison County Courthouse, Clarksburg, West Virginia on the May 29, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, for the adjudicatory hearing of the unknown biological father of M.D.C. Said persons are instructed that they have thirty (30) days from this Notice to answer the Petition herein. Said persons are given notice that they must object, or, otherwise permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Human Services and their parental rights may be permanently terminated. Said unknown biological father of M.D.C., shall have the right to be represented by counsel and if they cannot pay for the services of counsel, counsel will be appointed.
