The Common Council of the City of Westover will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18th, 2026, at 5:45 PM in Council Chambers, 500 Dupont Rd, Westover, WV, 26501, to hear proponents/opponents to a requested re-zoning of property located on Westover District, Map 7, Parcel 39. The proposal is to change the zoning from residential to commercial. More information is available at City Hall upon request. This and all meetings are open to the public and the press.
