NOTICE REQUESTING QUOTES
The Town of Capon Bridge is requesting quotes from qualified contractors for the Todd Giffin Park Pavilion Project at Old Capon Bridge Middle School, Capon Bridge, West Virginia. The project includes construction and installation of one approximately 12’ x 24’ pavilion complete project including a metal roof and ceiling enclosure. A concrete accessible ramp with handrails, concrete slab/base, site preparation, related grading and restoration, tree trimming as needed, coordination around an existing sewer line, cleanup, and all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and incidental work necessary for a complete project. Contractors shall provide a lump-sum quote, contractor qualifications, proposed schedule, proof of insurance and applicable licensing, references, and any exceptions or exclusions. Contractors are responsible for field verification of site conditions. Quotes must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 22, 2026, and delivered to the Mayor’s Office, Town of Capon Bridge, P.O. Box 183, Capon Bridge, WV 26711, or submitted electronically to [email protected] with the subject line Todd Giffin Park Pavilion Project RFQ. The Town of Capon Bridge reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities in the best interest of the Town.
