Now comes the Petitioner, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner Trustee for RCF 2 Acquisition Trust, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is for a Declaratory Judgment to Quiet Title in Deed of Trust and Appointing Trustee Under Deed of Trust in regard to the subject real estate more commonly known as: 1240 Nestle Quarry Rd, Falling Waters, WV 25419.
It is ordered that Respondents, Irvin G. Sealock, do serve upon James P. Tomasik, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Phillip A. Norman, P.C., 1102 Third Avenue, Suite 208, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
