The permit is located in Cabin Creek, Clear Fork, and Sherman Districts of Kanawha, Raleigh, and Boone Counties, 2.6 miles northeast of Dorothy (nearest PO) on Unnamed tribs of/and Tenmile Fork of Cabin Creek, Unnamed tribs of / and Rockhouse Creek of Clear Fork and unnamed tribs of / and Seng Creek of Big Coal River of Coal River.
Panther Creek Mining, LLC completed final reclamation for Increment 2 on 09/17/2022 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $80,400.00.
