ENFORCEMENT ORDINANCE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 19th day of May, 2026 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Raleigh County Planning & Zoning Board of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing for the consideration of changes to the Raleigh County Planning & Zoning ordinance. Changes will be considered to the following chapters:
Planning & Zoning Changes
Chapter 6 Sign Regulations
Chapter 9 Article 9A & B
Chapter 10 Article 10D
Chapter 11 Article 11D
Appendix A Definitions
A Copy of the proposed amendments may be reviewed in the office of the County Commission located at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by May 18th, 2026 will be considered.
