ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WILLIAMSON SHRIVER ARCHITECTS PROJECT Project #2025-036 The Administrative Council for Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, Saint Marys, West Virginia will receive bids for Interior Building Renovations at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute until 1:00 p.m., local prevailing time on May 15, 2026 at the office of the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, 2134 North Pleasants Highway, Saint Marys, West Virginia, 26170, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction, has been scheduled for May 1, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., at Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, 2134 North Pleasants Highway, Saint Marys, West Virginia 26170. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. Parking is limited and will be at the rear of the school. Enter through the gate to find parking. The contract documents are available only from the architect's Project Management Website. Login credentials will be sent to plan rooms, all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers after the request is made to [email protected] Addenda will be only distributed electronically to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each Bidder's registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder's Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. The Administrative Council for Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute reserves the right to reject any, and all bids. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, shall be submitted with each Bid. Each (The) successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days.
