NOTICE OF STORAGE UNIT SALE
Pursuant to WV Code 39 article 12 regarding the contents located at Simply Storage 77 Postal Plaza and the authority vested in the undersigned by that certain Storage Unit Rental Agreement entered into by Simply Storage (Lessor) and Richard Ruan (92), Steve Seeger (13), Amanda Parker (69+74), Res Care (77+85),Jeremy Carnavale(117), Leo Caso(122), Helen Davis (81), Audry Morales (68), Joe Shumate(100) all lessees and further pursuant to the default of the lessee of the terms and conditions set forth in said Storage Rental Agreements, the undersigned will sell by public auction on the 8th day of May 2026 at 11 am all of the contents of the previous mentioned units. The sale will be conducted at 77 Postal Plaza.. Terms of the sale: CASH IN HAND IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE WINNING BID.
