The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 176 Caldwell St., Apt. #5, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia 25801 in that the above-named respondent is wrongfull occupying such property as tenant.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Michelle Dalton and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore
It is ordered that Michelle Dalton do serve upon John Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing â May 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Michelle Dalton at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
