Activity: 14.86 acres of earth disturbance for the following project. The Kingwood Sanitary Sewer Works board is proposing a sewer system upgrade within the City of Kingwood. The project extends sanitary sewer services to 46 new customers, decommissioning the existing grinder pump stations and the installation of approximately 20,700 LF of 6″ and 8″ gravity sewer lines and 3,000 LF of 1.5″ and 2″ force mains and encompasses the installation of 95 manholes, 2 grinder pump stations, a sewer lift station and related appurtenances. Any interested person may submit written comments on the site registration permit application and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice.
