The object of the above styled civil action is to quiet its title in a Deed of Trust on the property known as 51 General Cobb Ct., Harpers Ferry, WV 25425. Due to an error and oversight, an Assignment of the Deed of Trust from Best Funding Corp. to Plaintiff was never recorded of record and Defendant Best Funding Corp., is no longer operating and is not available to execute an Assignment to correct the error.
It is ordered that Defendants Mark Ours, Sherry L. Ours and Best Rate Funding Corp do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Plaintiff’s attorney whose address is Reisenfeld Associates LPA, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45227 an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 29, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at his/her office.
