The West Virginia Healthcare Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Wheeling Hospital, CON File #26-10-13617-A, for the aquisition of Orchard Park Hospital in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, Capital Expenditure $19,885,000.
