Box 190 Madison, West Virginia, 25130, an answer including any related counter petition you may have to the Petition filed in this action no more than twenty (20) days after notification of the same. You are hereby notified that a final hearing has been scheduled before the Honorable Elliott E. Workman, on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:45 A.M., located in the Family Court of Boone County, 206 Court Street, Madison, West Virginia 25130, at that time and place you may be present to protect your interest, if you so desire. In the event that you fail to respond to this notice or fail to appear at the final hearing, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and/or trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in the Petition.
The object of this suit is to obtain contempt and other relief which the court may deem proper.
A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk of this Office.
