PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall to consider the following request for Land Classification Change:
LC-65-26-1: Request of Bentley and Johnson Properties, LLC, owner, for a change in Land Classification from R-1 Light Density Residential District to R-3 Heavy Density Residential District for property identified as Parcel 09-10-1.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the City of Oak Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will also receive public comment and consider the review and approval of the Country Club Village Subdivision at the same meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Oak Hill City Council will consider and act upon the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall.
