PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill's Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, June 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following requests for Use & Variance Permits, in the Council Chambers at Oak Hill City Hall.

U-139-26-1: Request of 420 Fire Ministries for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Religious Institution in a B-2 General Business District at 805 Main Street E, Oak Hill, WV 25901 (Parcel 09-26-141).
