The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.227301 latitude, -81.533936 longitude. The applicant proposes no change to the existing potential to emit the following Regulated Air Pollutants, which will remain unchanged from the following current emissions limitations: NOx 99.4 TPY CO 15.2 TPY PM 2.46 TPY PM10 2.46 TPY VOC 2.88 TPY SO2 0.36 TPY HAPs 1.35 TPY Startup of operation is planned to begin as soon as possible.
