NOTICE OF
INFORMAL CONFERENCE
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, will hold an informal conference starting at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at the Marsh Fork Elementary School located at 5960 Coal River Rd, Rock Creek, WV 25174. The purpose of the informal conference is to allow comments from those people having an interest, which is or may be, adversely affected by the Article 3 Renewal Application submitted by Marfork Coal Company, LLC permit O301095 Renewal Application, located near Dorothy in the Marsh Fork District of Raleigh County.
