INVITATION TO BID VILLAGE OF POMEROY LEAD SERVICE LINES, BREEZY HEIGHTS TANK, WATERLINE REPLACEMENT, WELLS Village of Pomeroy (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the above referenced Project. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Municipal Building located at 660 E Main St, Pomeroy, OH 45769, until Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or times and/or award the bid to the lowest and best bidder. The Project includes the following Contracts available for Bid with respective Engineer’s Estimates and expected concurrent times for Substantial Completion of Work: Contract A: Waterline Replacement – $2,000,000 – 360 days; Contract C: Water Treatment Plant Improvements – $200,000 – 270 days; Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Arcadis U.S., Inc. 5085 Tile Plant Rd New Lexington, OH 43764 [email protected] Bidding Documents will include Work for the Contracts available for bid. Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Digital copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100. Printed copies may be obtained by paying a deposit of $150 for each set. Printed copies must be requested at least 2 full business days in advance from the Issuing Office. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Arcadis. Statutory Requirements Laws, regulations and outside funding requirements will be referenced in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) and the text of each will be attached to Section 00 73 73 which will be a Contract Document.
