The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.227301 latitude, -81.533936 longitude. The applicant proposes no change to the existing potential to emit, which will remain unchanged from the current emissions limitations in Permit R13-2056J. Startup of operation is planned to begin as soon as possible.
