AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Pikewood National Golf Club has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for an emergency generator located at 3055 Kingwood Pike, near Morgantown, in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.53726 Latitude and -79.86728 Longitude.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 0.51 TPY NOx, 1.15 TPY CO, 0.0031 TPY PM2.5, 0.0031 TPY PM10, 0.57 TPY VOC, 0.0002 TPY SO2, 0.00668 TPY Formaldehyde, 0.00053 TPY Benzene, 0.00018 TPY Toluene, 0.000008 TPY Ethylbenzene, 0.00008 TPY Xylenes and 0.007 TPY Total HAPs.
The operation started on April 21, 2026. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
