It is hereby ordered that Joshua Burdette serve upon Nancy Burdette, Circuit Clerk's Office, whose address is 222 Main St, Suite 220, Beckley WV 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before July 6, 2026. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
