For default in rent payment and pursuant to the West Virginia Self Storage Lien Act, an online auction will be held by Midway Self Storage, LLC, 1496 Files Cross Road, Martinsburg, WV 25404 concluding at approximately 4:30pm Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026.

Contents of each unit will be sold as is, without warranty, in its entirety to the highest cash bidder.
