NOTICE
REQUEST FOR BIDS
Ohio County Development Authority (OCDA) is accepting bids for the following project:
Highlands Multipurpose Conference Center – Audiovisual Systems
Sealed bids will be received until Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at 3:00pm, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Copies of plans, specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the architect, The Sextant Group, 700 Waterfront Drive, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15224, or by contacting OCDA at its main office, or by calling (304) 234-3893. Payment of a $100.00 deposit is required. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such set within ten (10) days after the bid opening and in good, usuable condition, will be refunded the deposit less postage. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 and noted on the envelope as a bid for: Highlands Multipurpose Conference Center – Audiovisual Systems. A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of each bid is required. OCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on site Monday, January 25, 2016 at 1:00pm at West Liberty University, 355 Wharton Circle, Suite 200, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
