REQUEST FOR ARCHITECTS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3, the Mingo County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Architectural firms to provide all professional architectural/engineering services to include design and construction administration for the wastewater treatment plant upgrades on the campus of Tug Valley High School, pending School Building Authority approval of the Major Improvement Plan Project. Qualified firms are invited to contact Beth Daniels ([email protected] or 304-235-3333) The work shall include all services in accordance with the School Building Authority Guidelines and Procedures Handbook, the WV State Board of Education Policy 6200, and all applicable code requirements. Qualified firms are invited to submit three (3) copies of an Expression of Interest and Statement of Qualifications based upon the above scope to Beth Daniels, Treasurer, no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on June 5, 2026.
