Simms at the Monongalia County Courthouse, located at 75 High Street 3rd Floor, Morgantown, WV 26505. You may appear at that time and defend any such rights if you choose to do so and that if you choose not to participate in the proceedings, your absence may affect your parental and custodial rights to the child.
