NOTICE OF SEALED BID TRUCK SALE

The Marshall County Public Service District No. 1 (MCPSD1) will accept sealed bids for a 2015 Ford F250XL, 4×4, extended cab pickup truck with steel utility body and work truck package; VIN 1FT7X2B66FEB89188, currently has 88,204 miles with 6.2L gasoline V8 engine. The truck is in generally good running condition and is being sold as-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. The truck may be seen at the Mt. Olivet Fire Department, 1329 Fairmont Pike Road, Wheeling, WV, and may also be driven, with a valid driver’s license, by appointment only by calling 304-232-4610 from 8 AM – 2 PM weekdays.
Bid submission instructions:
1. All bids must be submitted in a SEALED envelope clearly labeled “Truck Bid”.
2. The bid should contain a paper clearly identifying the name, address, and telephone number of the bidder, along with the bidder’s highest and best bid for the truck. The minimum bid is $5,000.00.
3. Deadline for bids to be RECEIVED is June 11, 2026, at 4 PM at: Marshall County Public Service District No. 1, at 3537 Fairmont Pike Road, Wheeling, WV 26003. Late bids will not be accepted. The MCPSD1 reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The sealed bids will be opened at the MCPSD1 Board meeting on the evening of June 11, 2026.
