REQUEST FOR BIDS
Ohio County Development Authority (OCDA) is accepting bids for the following project:
OCDA Project #: WH001-0001 “57,000 sf Light Manufacturing and Office Facility”
Bid Package 1A – Precast Concrete Structure – Concrete Footings, Foundations.
Bid Package 1B – Structural Precast Panels
Bid Package 1C – Structural Steel, steel bar joist and metal roof deck.
Sealed bids will be received until Friday, January 29, 2016, at 3:00, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Copies of plans, specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the architect, Greco Madama Joint Venture at their main office located at 57 14th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, or by contacting OCDA at its main office, or by calling (304) 234-3893. Payment of a $100.00 deposit is required. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such set within ten (10) days after the bid opening and in good, usuable condition, will be refunded the deposit less postage. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 and noted on the envelope as a bid for: OCDA Project #: WH001-00001 “57,000 sf Light Manufacturing and Office Facility, with the appropriate bid package, Bid Package 1A Concrete Footings Foundations or Bid Package 1B Structural Precast Panels, or Bid Package 1C Structural Steel, steel bar joist and metal roof deck.” A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of each bid is required. OCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016, at 2:00pm at West Liberty University, Highlands Campus, 355 Wharton Circle, Suite 200, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
