Bids will be received via wvOASIS until 10:30 am on Thursday June 25th at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read at the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Beckley South building, 374 George St., Beckley, West Virginia 25801. No bids will be received after the scheduled opening. All bids submitted by bidders who have been debarred or declared ineligible by the Director of the Purchasing Division shall be rejected. The Parkways Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
