TO: Any claimant of a right or interest in said property listed as DEFENDANT(S) NICHOLAS HARDY TURNER AND THE ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS ($1,840.00) IN U.S. CURRENCY AND ANY OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES OF INTEREST. “You have the right to file a claim to the above-described property within the time specified hereafter. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said claimant. It is appearing by an affidavit filed in the case that last known address of Nicholas Hardy Turner, 8392 Jerry West Hwy, Omar WV 25638 or PO Box 453, Omar WV 25638. That the above-named individual defendant(s) was/were in the possession of the above referred property in Logan County, West Virginia, when it was seized by officer(s) of the West Virginia State Police/U. S. 119 Violent Crime and Drug Task Force. THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that Nicholas Hardy Turner and or any other claimant(s) serve upon David A.Wandling Prosecuting Attorney of Logan County, West Virginia at 1 Washington Ave., Suite 2007 West Virginia, 25601, (304-792-8670), an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days from date of publication, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against the Defendants/Claimants at any time thereafter.
