The object of the above entitled action is for Brandon James Vaughn to legally change his/her name to Brandi Eieen Vaughn Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Brandon James Vaughn to Brandi Elleen Vaughn.
A hearing shall be on the 22nd day of June, 2026 at 9 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at
the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
