The undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner has in the file thereof at Manypenny Raines Law Office, PLLC at 300 Carolina Avenue, Chester, WV 26034, the following account for settlement: Waiver of Final Settlement filed by Stephen M. Tabone, Executor for the Estate of Kenneth Hoering, deceased. All documents shall be held in the office of the undersigned for ten (10) days from the first date of the final publication for the examination of the parties interested, and for them to take such action as deemed and warranted.
