Please take notice that the Council of the City of Gary, West Virginia, will, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at the Council Chambers of the City, Gary City Hall, 25 Smoke Eaters Drive, Gary, West Virginia 24836, hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an Ordinance titled:
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
OF THE CITY OF GARY
MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM
BY McDOWELL COUNTY
PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT
This Ordinance proposes that the City of Gary's Water System be operated and maintained by McDowell County Public Service District.
Any person interested in the adoption of the proposed Ordinance may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of the Recorder at the City Hall during regular business hours.
