Burkhammer, N 89-00-34 W 99.41′ to a set 5/8″ rebar with cap, a point in the line of Carl Lee & Martha Jane Burkhammer, Deed Book 570 Page 393; Thence leaving the line of said Burkhammer with a partition line, N 16-34-45 E 97.15′ to the point of beginning, containing 0.132 acres, more or less. Together with a right-of-way ten (10) feet in width over adjoining lands of the W. T.
