ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BRAXTON COUNTY COMMISSION NEW DINING HALL AT HOLLY GRAY PARK HUD EDI CPF COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING GRANT B-24-CP-WV-2373 Sealed Bids will be received by the Braxton County Commission, 300 Main Street, Sutton, West Virginia 26601, for the New Dining Hall at Holly Gray Park, until 2:30 P.M., June 30, 2026, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The total base bid price for the contract shall include the costs for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Forms of Proposal, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, and Plans and Detail Specifications prepared by Chapman Technical Group. The work to be bid upon is described as follows: Construction of a new dining hall, related utility work, and other work as indicated on Contract Documents prepared by Chapman Technical Group, dated June 2026. Construction time limit is 270 calendar days.
