NOTICE OF FILING On April 8 2026, West Virginia-American Water Company (WVAWC) petitioned for the Commission to (i) modify the main extension multipliers that determine customer contributions for water and sewer line extensions; (ii) increase the leak adjustment rate for water customers from $1.28 to $1.38 per thousand gallons, and (iii) increase the leak adjustment rate for sewer customers from $2.10 to $3.84 per thousand gallons.
