NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD OF LINCOLN PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT The Public Service Board of Lincoln Public Service District (the “District”) will hold a public hearing on June 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the District’s office, 240 Little Coal River Road, Alum Creek, West Virginia, for the following purposes: 1. To consider and determine whether it is in the best interests of the District and its customers to convey its waterworks system to West Virginia-American Water Company (the “Acquisition”). 2. To consider and adopt a proposed resolution authorizing the Acquisition. 3. To consider and authorize the Chairman and Secretary to approve the final forms of, and execute, all documents necessary and appropriate to facilitate the Acquisition, specifically including, but not limited to, an asset purchase agreement.
