SEALED BIDS
Fayette County Firefighters Association will be accepting sealed for the following:
Project consist of building two pre-engineered metal 60 x 80 ft, buildings including the fire station and the training center. Fire station will be a building including foundation, slab, with parts of the building being bid with alternates for mechanical systems. The Training Center building is metal building shell bid as an alternates for building shell erection, and waterline installation.

Bids are to be mailed to: Fayette County Fire Fighters Association and Fayette County Commissioners, Fayette County Fire Training Center, 100 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840.
Envelopes or packages must be marked Sealed Bid and specify the project for which the sealed bid is being submitted.
To be considered, bids must be received at the above address by June 24, 2026 at 9:15 am. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. A prebid will be held June 17 at the site at 10 am. Bids which are mailed, and which are postmarked prior to the deadline, but received after the deadline will not be considered.
Bids will be opened on 24th, 2026 at 9:15 am at the Fayette County Courthouse in the County Commission Chambers located at 100 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia.
The Fayette County Fire Fighters Association and Fayette County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
